St. Mark’s School of Texas – Winn Science Center
CCS is providing Cost Management services to the team of Good Fulton & Farrell and Robert A.M. Stern Architects for the 50,000 SF new building in Dallas, Texas to house space for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) for a 850-student preparatory day school for grades 1-12. Spaces will include a Lower School science lab; physical sciences, engineering and biotechnology labs; ecology lab and greenhouse; expanded planetarium, observatory and lecture hall; student gathering and study space; science resource library; faculty offices and shared support space. Project also includes 24,000 SF renovation of space in the McDermott-Green Science Building to update existing labs and make them more flexible. New outdoor spaces include a “maker’s court” for larger constructions and a science garden for the study of natural systems.
