The University of North Carolina at Charlotte soon begins one of their most innovative projects to date, the new Science Building. CCS International, Inc. is excited to participate in this project and to be part of the Clark Nexsen team.

The new 120,000-150,000 GSF, four (4) story Science Building will replace the Facilities Operations and Parking Services.  The new facility will integrate undergraduate instructional laboratories, research laboratories, faculty and administrative offices, graduate student workspace and collaboration space into a unified center for learning and research.  This $70M construction budget project, is set to begin September 2018 and scheduled for completion in November 2020.  Facilities Operations and Parking Services will be combined into one building and moved to another campus location.

As a national leader involved in similar science facilities such as the University of North Carolina – Bell Tower Development, CCS believes this project will push UNC to the forefront of educational leadership by providing this start-of-the-art facility for students and faculty alike.
