About The Project
CCS was the Owner Representative for the addition and renovation of the Antioch Public Library. The $9.6 million project expand ed and remodeled the library at 757 N. Main St. (Route 83). In this role. CCS was responsible for managing the pre-construction planning, design, and construction activities while maintaining full operations of the public facility.
