Forest Preserve District of DuPage County – Headquarters Building

We led the construction of a 44,336 SF new administration building located within the Danada Forest Preserve in Wheaton, IL. Amenities include five conference rooms, a boardroom capable of seating 80 people, 29 offices, 83 workstations, a lobby, a library, records storage, a cafeteria, and two terraces. The building provides space for all district functions including the Police Department, which was the first in Illinois to receive accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA®).
