Raleigh Civic Center Campus – New City Hall

CCS consulted on a 410,000 SF, 20-story City Hall that is Phase I of the Civic Campus Master Plan. The new complex will house centralized municipal facilities, including new departmental office space for 1,400 staff members; conference facilities for public functions; Council Chambers; and potential ground-floor retail and parking. This project is being designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
