About The Project
CCS provided review and analysis of the general contractor’s construction schedule for a Pre-K through 5th grade replacement elementary school for 986 students. The work involved reviewing the schedule to ensure the project would meet the deadline for substantial completion and open on time in fall 2019. This facility’s design was to achieve a LEED Silver certification.
