About The Project

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is the third-largest school district in the United States, after the Los Angeles Unified School District and the New York City Public Schools (the largest school district in the U.S.). For the 2020-2021 school year, CPS oversaw 638 schools with a budget of $6.92 billion. CCS helped with renovations to more than 30 elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools throughout Chicago. Major projects included a new auditorium, the pool and gymnasium at Gwendolyn Brooks College Preparatory Academy, and a selective enrollment public high school located in the Historic Pullman District. The cost estimates for all the schools ranged from $12,177 to $24,889,755.
