About The Project
Great Wolf Resorts is the largest family indoor water park in North America with 17 locations across the continent. The centerpiece attraction at every Great Wolf Lodge is the expansive indoor water park, which comprises water slides, pools and play areas for families to enjoy together. Other attractions include a ropes course, arcade games and miniature golf. CCS was hired for a proposed new 502,800-square-foot facility in El Paso, Texas. The plans for the six-story hotel featured 350 beds and family-focused amenities. CCS also assisted the owner during the construction manager selection process.
